The Absurdity of the Weaseller Messages in this topic - RSS

On a tangentially related note, my seeker character, Tyler Glen, was inspired by the Weaseller quality being released to use Lucky Weasels like a sort of sink for echoes. At that time he was almost ready to start fasting and meditating in Winking Isle, which meant he needed to get rid of a lot of items, and also of echoes. So his solution was to buy weasels. Lots of weasels. And when he was ready to sail NORTH he sold everything and bought as many weasels as he could.

And he sailed NORTH with a crew made exclusively of a ridiculous amount of weasels, which then he marooned by the Avid Horizon before knocking. So, all those who sail NORTH must know that there are at least 21,278 weasels (probably a lot more now, if they have bred) waiting for them. I suppose they have colonized the place by now and spend their days climbing the gate and the inside of the trousers of those who come there.

In my opinion, one can read the sacrifice of these weasels as a commentary on the futility and selfishness of sacrificing innocent life just for your own convenience.

For my part, I took it as a commentary on the futility and selfishness of weasels.

If that was canon, I would rush North...

You would and probably take all the Carpet Sharks there back with you

-New choice at the Gates -
Turn back without your knowledge, but with all the weasels
text I can't come up with sorry

You've lost SMEN
You've lost Unaccountably Peckish
You've lost Scars
... (all SMEN related things, except dreams)
You've gained 1x Colony of Weasels

Colony of Weasels
Slot: Weapon (or Companion; Though seen as the Rubbery Underground organ (which is a location) is also a weapon)
Where the hell did they come from? Who feeds them?
+4 Bizarre

I'd absolutely love it if this was made cannon! Moreso than the Parabolan Scarlet Church. (Though probably far better done and such)

pleasure to meet you.

Has some ideas the Masters won't approve of like some items and establishing a Colony in Parabola.

I will accept most social interactions (not duping). I do enjoy role playing as well.
Have some possibly still active codes!

I couldn't resist. Spoilers for later parts of Seeking below:
The Advocate of Illumination

"Weasels"
(... somehow you picked the one wrong answer. Goodbye.)

Unlocked with x7777 Lucky Weasel, A Weaseller, Well is one of:
 • There's nothing left of her, but I will knock
 • There's nothing left of me, but I will knock
 • We're not even here, but I will knock

Discomfort
The man who calls himself Nicator blinks twice, then tilts his head. "Weasels." He frowns. A weasel emerges from your pocket, confused. "I don't - who - what do you think will come when you call? Have you gone truly mad? Tell me - please tell me - you will bring light to the Neath. The White's plan -"
 • Weasels.
I'm d y i n g.

Lady of Cold Steel, Lady of the Flit, Lady Alyssana Grey. A formidable woman, hard to read and slow to trust. Darkness lurks inside her.

Alts: (please direct all inquiries to Alys & say who they're for)
-Nikki, the Playful Daredevil, leading the constables on merry chases across London at every available opportunity. It's not a good robbery if you didn't get chased~
-Shylarah, waifish, wide-eyed, painfully foreign, entirely untamed. Her search for a way home now leads her to Parabola. There's something about her...
-Dr. Maxwell Thomas, a kindhearted physician who can't stand to see suffering. Moral to a fault, even to his own detriment. Unlucky in love.
I would rather be taken for a fool than deny aid where it is needed.
-Angie, the Cheeky Sharpshooter. Got her start with the Regiment and proudly operated their cannon for years. Rowdy, rough, and among the best shots in London.

Magnificent. And also, somehow, a saner choice than any a Seeker can actually make.
