It looks like the card "A libraryette of Mr. Pages" caps at 11. Are there any ways to raise this number outside of seasonal content?

Only some repeatable Fate-locked stories (which tend to give 1CP at most IIRC, so you're looking at hundreds of Fate to raise it to any significant level). I don't remember exactly which options, though.

Also Sackmass - there is 1cp almost at each step. And some non-repeatable stories. Box affair, if I remember correctly, Jack story.

Yes, there are a lot of +1 CP opportunities during Sackmas, which I'm including in the seasonal content. I'm wondering if once you get to Connected level 11, there are no further grinds outside of seasonal content.

I'm guessing the fate-locked action for the Decommissioned Steamer lodging has a high cap (or none at all). That's a lot less expensive (Fate-wise) than grinding The Blemmigan Affair (probably the shortest story that gives Connected: The Masters), and costs 30 Fate for a reset.

Replaying the storyline part of Affair of the Box costs 10 Fate (+over a hundred actions) and gives 3 CP of Connected: Masters per loop, assuming that you side with Fires or Stones.

Oh! That branch of the Decommissioned Steamer card gives Connected: The Masters? It's been so long since I had played it, I had forgotten.
I chose a different ending for The Blemmigan Affair so I had not experienced that.

If you're looking for Masters, keep your Nightmares at 3 or more (3-4 to avoid the undiscardable card) - discussing dreams of Ice and Fire with Schlomo has a rare (20% or so?) success which gives +1CP.

Here's my data on the Interpreter of Dreams card. Don't be fooled by the big numbers as it took a lot to draw so many cards.

So an average of ~15% from the total number of cards drew; 1 in 6.5 or 2 in 13.
To increase Nightmares from 0 just equip the hat, unequip and try to Understanding the Correspondence FQ (best/only). Other option is the level 34 (I think) of Light Fingers.

Connected: The Masters of the Bazaar has not changed from 11 because it's higher than 10.

Good to know about the “Interpreter of Dreams” card, thank you! Hopefully the Decommissioned Steamer option has no cap. One way to find out, unless someone has tested this recently.

When was Interpreter not capped? From the 13 that I recorded two were after reaching 11 and they were capped few/many months ago.
