... potentially. Bring at least 80 Surface Silk-Scraps. You're going to need those to get back. In Polythreme, the King with a Hundred Hearts may rule all, but RNG is the true god. Last Hallowmas, when I saw Feducci's Lance, I created an alt specifically to obtain very powerful equipment with very low stats, which meant going to Polythreme (bring the Battered Grey Overcoat, as Gillsing suggested). It was very frustrating obtaining the silk to get back.
Nevertheless, it's an altogether interesting experience, and if you're unfamiliar with the lore of Fallen London and the Sunless universe, it'll be an excellent opportunity to learn about some of its deeper players.

You can earn it there, thankfully. Check for opportunities on various cards, or in a pinch the Persuasive and Dangerous checks in One Might Profit Even in Such a Place will provide some.
