Glim. A novice needs much.

One of my pursuits requires a great deal of glim, 400 shards of it, worth 12 echoes. Not exorbitant, but I'm feeling frugal today. It'll be threefold cheaper if I can find a direct source, rather then sell jade fragments to purchase the glim.
So then, where might I find glim? I'm sure an Important Person could easily scrounge up a few hundred, but I am not so impressive at time of writing. Stats are 53 Watchful, 15 Shadowy, 24 Dangerous, 28 Persuasive, plus 10-15 or so with gear modifiers.
It really isn't such a huge deal if there is no ready source. 12 echoes is not beyond my capacity. But I figure I may as well see if anyone has any tips, while I wait for my candle to un-burn.

A search found that the simple repeatable options are locked by shadowy and dangerous and you do not meet the requirements for them sadly, though you may just meet the requirements for dangerous with the The Ring of Meat (Watchmaker's Hill, Dangerous 33–47).

In the future, the first Heist in the Flit and Thieve's ccache expeditions provide glim - but that is for later.
