For me, it has been June 25th for six hours and forty-two minutes. In Britain, where Failbetter Games is based, it has been June 25th for eleven hours and forty-two minutes. And yet, I'm unable to choose a candidate. Anyone know why?

Because Failbetter have to actually ensure the content is ready and then send it live. Which they'll do sometime during the working day, rather than in the middle of the night.

Failbetter always tend to release new content at midday GMT. So I expect June 25th will be in about 15 minutes, maybe give or take an hour depending on how everything is going - those "Date" qualities are not time-locked and don't automatically activate on the date. They're normal quality locks that need to be manually removed. Possibly misleading, but that's how it always goes.
