It definitely has - they're Frequent now.
Hasn't stopped the Presumption Little Opportunity from showing up some four (!) times this morning for me, while I don't have any cellars ready.

Is the Captivating Princess and the Generous Princess the same person, or are they two different people? (I have real trouble keeping FL lore in my head for more than about five minutes!)
I can't recall 100% but I believe the Generous Princess is the same character as the Playful Prodigy (and hence different from the Captivating Princess). The Captivating Princess was however instrumental in you securing the Generous Princess's regard

I actually got a question meself. I have recently created a pen-inspired Monsieur who has a thing for the written word. What I want him to be specific for, apart from his (soon to become) skills with ink, is his reputation amongst the masters! Now, I tried the same on my main, but after noticing that that just won't work out as a Seeker, I gave up on that idea and now switched it to my other fellow, the monsieur Kerzenfeuer. My question goes as following: I know drawable cards and some circumstances that can improve Connected: The Masters, but I remember a while back that there was a card which increased it aswell by probably no more than 1 cp, yet had a cap which stopped at Connected 1, or perhaps 2. What I want to know is what cards to look forward to which have a limit, so that I can use them BEFORE looking after cards/stories which increase the connected status and are not limited by a certain level. Any answers that help out are much appreciated! Thanks!

I feel really dumb for asking this, but what exactly is CP? I know it's what people and the wiki say when you are increasing your qualities or stats kinda like "Nightmares Increasing... +3CP", but I still don't know what it is or what it's amount is..

Add me here: http://fallenlondon.storynexus.com/Profile/LostLegion Change Points. This is the name for the partial increments when a status bar fills towards gaining a new level in some quality.
Mechanically, going from level N to level N+1 requires N change points. Excess carries over, and many change points can result in gaining multiple levels at a time. So, e.g., a change that gives 10 change points will take you from level 0 to level 4 (1+2+3+4=10). If you were already at level 1, you would still go to level 4 but would have an extra 1-2 change points left over, so level 5 would only require another 3-4. (The number of CP to increase levels caps at 50 for almost everything, and 70 for the 4 main stats.)

You have a typo: it requires N+1 change points (so e.g. as demonstrated by your next example, going from level 0 to level 1 takes 1CP, going from level 1 to level 2 takes 2CP, etc.)

So, the election's ending soon. Does anyone know if I have to burn off all my excess reputation now, or will I have a chance to after the polls close? Do I need reputation to interact with whoever at the afterparty, based on last year? edited by Daedalus_Falk on 7/2/2018

Well, shit.
I think I'll keep it and pray to Failbetter for deliverance. Surely they would have warned us to burn it all off if it was gonna vanish.

I suspect we'll get a week or two after the election to cash in our Reputation, but we'll see.

I'm hoping we get at least a few days. I've maxed out my career level, but the electoral balls are a really nice way of getting Making Waves, I used them as part of the path from Notability 12 to 14 this week. Currently stockpiling some reputation to hopefully use it on balls as part of the grind to get to notability 15 next week, but my TTH will hit a few days after the election ends.

I reached career 20 rather fast and stockpiled reputation, which I burned in electoral opportunism. I honestly hope that if it was to be used for anything esle save career, we would have gotten a warning.
We will be able to cash it until July 9, by the way.

But I'm sure there are ways to increase Connected: The Masters before getting to the end of that story, so what you'd be doing is to deprive yourself of those increases in order to cash in on a single CP. Which doesn't seem to be worth it. But this single CP is repeatable, so if you had some scheme that spends a CP at level 1, repeatedly providing for the revels could be worth it.

I attempted to play Embroiled in the Wars of Illusion last night and could not find the entry point! The forum suggests it is a rare success in the Bats and Cats storylet. Is that still true? There is no other way to begin?
