Short Stories DO Give Making Waves!

A few weeks ago, someone asked on the Forums whether you get Making Waves for publishing Short Stories through the "Writer's Desk" group of storylets in Veilgarden.
I said no, because that was not the case when I had last done a short Story, but I have since learned from another player that Short Stories DO give Making Waves. I'm not sure of the amount of change points involved, but I published a Celebrated Short Story and went from MW 17.5 (roughly) to MW 19.
So Short Stories are a means of getting Making Waves, though arguably a cumbersome and expensive one.
