Good day to you all,
I have a question concerning the Stormy-Eyed Dream quality. It is currently at 11 for me, but my Having Recurring Dreams: What the Thunder Said is around 20, will I still be able to draw cards that would increase my Stormy-Eyed to the needed amount for entering the Mind of a Long-Dead God?

Just make sure you pick the correct ending for the carousel. And go there with zero dock favors, to stock up.
