brass knuckleduster bonus not showing

Hi friends, I've just received a lovely pair of brass knuckledusters from the mysterious benefactor but unfortunately the +2 dangerous bonus does not seem to be showing up. Could it be that I initially choose the Ladybones Road watchful option? I still want to focus on being watchful but I thought the knuckledusters would round me out a bit.

It looks like the bonus for the Diamond Ring isn't showing up either. Some kind of bug?

There is multiple equipment items not working it seems, BDR in particular is not taken into account on most. As Kaijyuu said a bug report would be the best approach.
