In Need of Notability: Someone Spare a Point?

Hello all,
I'm trying to cap out my making waves to score my 15th point of Notability so I can cross convert it and finish off both the London's Blood and Poet Laurette storyline. I'm at 40 points of Making Waves and know that unless I spend Fate, which I do not want to do, there is no way for me to hit the 55 MW I need before tomorrow's reset (I got point 14 this week too). I'm so tired of this whole grind (PL+MW) and if anybody can spare me one more week of grinding, I'll be in your debt. I'm a Correspondent and have plenty to offer (or just fire a notability point back in the future).

When it was available it only allowed you to gift a point to someone who didn't have any Notability.
I do hope that it, and Fate gifting, come back now that Failbetter have retired the app.
As for getting a point of Notability quickly - I haven't done it myself but I hear that having a Wedding can give 1 or 2 points. Of course that depends on you not having a Spouse and finding someone with the resources to fund a wedding quickly.

Sorry RL means I am not a very active player at the moment. No social actions unless you are prepared to wait and definitely no sparring or other mult-action things.

Another thing you can try for the point of Notability is marry another player (biggest weddings give even 2 points I think)
or save up a lot of Orphanage points, then spend it all for MW, along with using the other housing cards and cycle the living hell out of the Tales of Terror!'s :/
