I'm in the middle of the Searching Out A Missing Woman story that you get when you first unlock Wilmot's End, and I'm at the part where I have to choose which woman I'm looking for. Will I be able to go through another search for one after I'm done with the first one, or will I only be able to do one storyline?

You get to choose either storyline each time you play.

You can go through the entire story as many times as you want, and make different choices every time.
