I was wondering if there was a collected list of actions that can threaten to reduce skills. I myself recently stumbled into reducing my watchful from 215 before I was able to gain London's Nerves which was very frustrating considering that the action itself gave no indication that it would cause such a thing. Obviously I have one (Fight to Remember the Game), but if people know of others then perhaps we could get a list going so as to help future travelers.

Note, this keeps reformatting dangerous loss into an emoji so I removed it, but it's the same format as the others on the wiki.
It's not gonna show fate-locked stuff, unfortunately. With that, generally anything with a warning has a good chance of screwing with your stats (like going into Hell proper in the 12:15 to Moloch Street, taking the bad ending of this month's ES, etc).
