What would be the most efficient way to Offer tribute to the Court of the Wakeful Eye? I've been doing ballets to raise Poet Laureate, as well, but are governorships in Port Carnelian more efficent?

I was kinda on a hiatus for a bit and thus no longer have an ES subscription, however I hear that the the latest story offers a baby bat companion,,,,i love bats,,,im interested, does anyone have this equipped so I may see it?

A minor observation that may have been recorded already: It seems those costs that don't tell you how many there are and how many you have after, such as trading Docks favours for Expedition Supplies, have been converted to the normal version. Has this been the case for long? Did I miss something earlier or is this new?
