I would like to congratulate everyone on successfully annihilating Fallen London in the last thread. Well done!
Now that The Fifth City has been rebuilt, we have a slight problem...
Something... is missing. More specifically, a single object, production/existence of an entire object, person, trend, idea, concept, location, entity, or race / group of people are gone! Apparently, it was something that couldn't be replaced.
As the saying goes, life finds a way...
Post a comment about something or someone in Fallen London no longer being canon, was never canon, or just didn't even exist. Preferably give a scenario in which this shapes the story, The Neath, and/or Fallen London.

On the bright side, that means that Oscar Wilde might get a better ending for once.

The Correspondence is gone from the Neath as a form of communication. Light somehow still exists, and so do the current laws against all logic, and all beings who need it somehow survive this, but are reduced to sign language and miming it's complex meanings, as they are otherwise mute

No more Great Chain of Being. Now people are free to become monsters on the outside as well as inside; the human wolves in the Liberation of Night destinies of the chaos that would occur.

(Sort of Sunless Seas) The Merciless Modiste. The Poet freed herself, resculpted herself, and is free to terrorize the Zee with no tragic past besides the obvious.
-- Main, Phiri Ulfur, the Cunning Shadow. Their heart belongs to a Pirate-Poet across the Zee. Alt Vermillion Liminate, the Tragic Scholar. Alt #2,Lady Jacqueline Blackwood, the Savage Beauty. Alt #3, Veracity Taylor, the Dame of the Docks. The Dogged Seeker, self explanatory.
I will accept any social actions on Fallen London(unless its a box of live rats. I already got rid of the d---ned things once and am not eager to repeat the endeavor).

Hunger and thirst are gone. No one in the Neath requires nutrition or hydration to survive. Unlike the exemption from death, this one also applies to nonhuman beings (Snuffers, rats, giant zee monsters, etc.).

To that end, I propose that the God-Eaters and/or Mr. Veils to be the ones to disappear.
OOC, I actually like the horrible people and happenings in FL though. They're delightfully terrifying/black comedy funny/both.
The old British National Anthem is forgotten by everyone. This is the new one. Much more appropriate, don't you think?
