Selling information to the brass embassy/criminals

So you can still sell information to the Brass Embassy or the Criminals and get... nothing as your reward. Seems like a but of an oversight. Maybe it could be changed to at least give brass/rostygold or something

You do get a Shadowy or Persuasive boost, but agreed. It's pretty worthless.

You turn actions into grinding stats faster. Useful? Not particularly, but if you absolutely must have Shadowy or Persuasive you can really go for it.

I'm assuming it used to give connection points before they remodeled the system? I can understand them not wanting to make a straightforward grindable option for favors, but some material reward would be nice.

It used to give Connected, as you were giving them the information for free yet they liked you more for it. The Constables option also gave Connected. If I had to make any suggestions for improvement, maybe add an extra quality that built up, letting you "cash in" for favours later on. It wouldn't need to be efficient, just an available longterm option. Like how you can stockpile Hounds of Heaven and dump those in for Church Favours at a moment's notice, even if grinding for those Hounds of Heaven takes a lot more actions than waiting for cards.
I doubt it will actually happen, but I'd be pleasantly surprised if it did. Something to make these old options feel less outdated.
