Alright so I have Embroiled in the Wars of Illusion 6 but the max to raise my A Name Whispered in Darkness quality is 5. Will there be another option to increase that quality or have I screwed up big-time? On the last weekly questions Harry P said that I should still have access to the Heights of Chicanery and I do, but I'm locked out of the option entitled Making Your Name: Wars of Illusion.

There should be something you can do with thr bats and cats option if you can see it (maybe raising making use of cats, bats, investigating and seeking to 5?)

Yes. Just keep an eye out for an Opportunity card--I believe the card will contain his image. I did much the same thing with the Sardonic Music Hall Singer.

EDIT: I've sent a bug report (see https://www.reddit.com/r/fallenlondon/comments/80ly3i/for_some_reason_starting_today_i_cant_access/), but also discovered a workaround:
using OpenDNS (208.67.220.220) as my alternate DNS resolver fixes the issue for me. Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) both failed.
DNS is unable to resolve IP address for storynexus.com from a few locations in France and Italy, but appears Ok from most locations in US, Germany Netherlands and Norway. My tracert fails inside amazon.com's network in the USA. Is failbetter aware of these issues? Problem started about ten hours ago. Note some isitdown sites will variously report no problem or it's down depending where they start from. WhatMyDNS reports spotty problems but only uses a limited set of start locations.

Hello friends! I've proceed to fifth level of Labyrinth of Tigers and earned some Tribute there. By some reason I thought I should go to Carnelian to use it, but there was nothing about it there. Wiki did not clarified things. Help me please, where should I go to get these marvelous tiger rewards?

Instead of zailing to Port Carnelian you need to go to the nearby but distinct destination of the Court of the Wakeful Eye. It's in the long list of destinations when you're at zee.

Indeed we are! Any problems experienced with Fallen London today are indeed due to the Google DNS issues. It seems to have sorted itself out now, but if you are still having any issues you may want to try changing your DNS servers. Just make sure that you collect 80 x Tribute and play the storylet in the Fifth Coil ("A Sufficient Tribute") to advance your Associating with Radical Academics to 20 before setting sail to the Court.
