Here might be this week's thread for quick questions! Such as:
1. Where was this thread two days ago?
2. Will Sir Frederick ban me for this post?
3. Some time ago I played Mysteries of the Foreign Office and sided with the Teeth. I liked the Devout Intriguer, but the lack of content around her as a spouse convinced me to pick up the Collection of Discomfiting Photographs home comfort because heck, I might as well. Now, the Devout Intriguer spouse has content! Alas I cannot find any way to be rid of my photographs without paying Fate and betraying the Teeth. Am I missing something, or do I need to pay 10 Fate and play two Foreign Office carousels to swap nudes for wifey?

I entered the Foreign Office myself not ten minutes ago because I have the same question. Not just in generalities either, but in several particularities.

I'm not opposed to tossing Fate to FBG, and the amount is nominal, but I also think the circumstances are exceptional. Content for a Fate-locked reward was added, after I had already locked myself out of that content. I will point out the photographs are also no longer superior to non-Fate-locked alternatives like they were when I picked them, which is less important to me than the content thing, but they compound each other.

For the first stage of the carousel all the options are identical in terms of item value. For the second stage, by my reckoning, the "Another Morning" and "Out of the cave" options are the most profitable, coming in at a total of E13.05 per round of the carousel if you're selling the items you get at the Bazaar. The other options come out at E12.60 or E10.80 per round, although if you're interested in getting large quantities of Relics, they might be preferable.

Do we know with certainty that the luck check chances displayed in the mobile app are accurate? I seem to recall some people having doubts, or some datasets not matching the displayed probability, but I can't remember anything concrete.

Is it possible to have two of the same tattoo? Since it is a quality and not an item, I was a bit hesitant to get a second zee-monster tattoo if it wouldn't register.

Likely this questions was already asked, but I didn't find any answers quickly, so I'll ask the most knowledgeable:

What's up with the season of Silver? I mean, Numismatrix coins were on the loose, every piece and player was after them, I collected certain items during exceptional stories (not necessarily related to fabled coins) and... that's it, new season is there!

Did I miss something? Or have I failed to collect all three coins? Change of Season was very sudden, and it leaves the feeling that FBG did not really care about the coins (which I personally find an excellent and elegant move and subject).

I don't think the seasonal conclusion is out yet, is it? It comes out at some indeterminate point in time during the month after the last story. When it does, it will (or at least should) wrap everything up nicely.

What is the fastest way to gain souls for a Shadowy 95 character?

Also, I am looking to gain 7 nightmares for... one of my characters. The Seeker. How do I do it quickest?

Anchovies, PSGarak, I swear I've seen an option to swap your choice, probably at the conclusion stage of Foreign Office carousel. I'll check it later if you don't. Try it! There was a pic similar to Struggling Artist.

There are several options I can see with that artwork, but none can swap my choice except by paying Fate and changing sides entirely.

I wonder, is it because the reward I first selected was not a Spouse at all? Divorce and re-marriage is a normal part of the game, so it would make sense for FBG to allow you dropping that category of reward choices. Compromising photographs are, somehow, a distinctive situation (compromising documents on the other hand, I've run out of bookshelves).

Is a Bottle of Broken Giant 1844 a mushroom wine? Or is it made from surface grapes? Or something else entirely?

The description says it predates the fall, but that doesn't mean it it came down with London. Just that it is old. I was curious if what it is is ever mentioned.

The best way to raise it is in The Flit with the help of a Starveling Cat. You need to be Embroiled in the Wars of Illusion and go to the Bats and Cats storylet. Take the Cats option See what your Starveling Cat knows to get +3 Unaccountable Peckish.

Sorry RL means I am not a very active player at the moment. No social actions unless you are prepared to wait and definitely no sparring or other mult-action things.

No Calling Cards or boxed cats please. Will take dupes on the affluent photographers. Other social invitations welcome. Parabolan Kittens usually available, send me an in-game social action saying you want one and I will get one to you as soon as possible.

There are other ways to gain Unaccountably Peckish as well, though they are not easy to come by and slow. If you have An Intimate of Devils 7-9, a card called 'Dinner with devils' might appear. There, if you offer your advice, you will gain 1 UP. Another options is to reach the Mirror-Marshes, which can be done via reaching Nightmares 8 while having a Memory in Light in your inventory. There, a card might appear called 'Heavenly fruits'. If you eat a plum, you will gain 1 UP. If you already have 2 UP, head to the Duchess's Salon at the Shuttered Palace. There, there will be an option to attend and speak of... terrible things, which will increase UP by 1.

Thanks. I think that at my level I will go with the Nightmares method with a Memory of Light.

As far as I can tell, it's made of grapes. That's why it's so expensive - anything derived from fruit is rare down here.
