It occurs to me that with April, 1896 fast approaching the surface nations must be all abuzz with the resurrection of the ancient Olympic games. While we Neathly denizens clearly cannot send a contingent to compete in those games, if we were ever to host such festivities down here, what might be some events that would be unique to the Fifth City?

Certainly a shroom-hopping race comes to mind, but what else? Flit Gymnastics (with the Topsy King serving as judge)? Other suggestions?

I imagine lizard-throwing would be an interesting sport to watch.

Ah, Knife and Candle! That would be a splendid Neathy Olympic sport. At each Olympiad, people would compete to see who could violate the existing K&C rules most creatively...and be banished from the Games as a result.

Yes! K&C is a must! Or would be, if anyone was so gauche as to actually do that sort of thing.

'Shroom hopping, Flitnastics, and lizard throwing, as have already been pointed out, would be excellent. Also consider ring fighting, pole declaiming, snail racing, chess, secret gathering, and suggestive fungal metaphoring.

Thievery. Whoever can steal the (Rosty)Gold Medal keeps it.

Alt Vermillion Liminate, the Tragic Scholar.
Alt #2,Lady Jacqueline Blackwood, the Savage Beauty.
Alt #3, Veracity Taylor, the Dame of the Docks.
The Dogged Seeker, self explanatory.

I will accept any social actions on Fallen London(unless its a box of live rats. I already got rid of the d---ned things once and am not eager to repeat the endeavor).
