Help with bugged social actions?

Hi! I suspect my social actions are bugged - I have an ongoing chess match and sparring bout at stage 2 that I cannot cancel out of, and the players at either end have confirmed they cannot proceed with. I am uncertain how this came about.
This bug is persistent on both browser and android app.
Has anyone had the same or a similar problem? Any suggestions for a fix? Or is there just something I'm missing?

EDIT: I've contacted Support and look forward to hearing from them. I also won't be doing Social Actions on the app from now on.

If you or the other participants are outside London, that might be the issue. In any case, contact support@failbettergames.com and they can sort things out.

They're in London. At least I can confirm one is. It's genuine buggy behavior.

Chiming in here to say that I'm experiencing the same bug with a dual. Neither of us can proceed with the match, nor can the match be canceled. It's been frustrating.
