Not getting Mr Sacks visits normally?

I got three visits from Sacks this season, then I just stopped getting the cards to be visited. I've been there to pull out 6 or more cards a day and I'm still not getting any even when there doesn't seem to be any reason for it, even when it's a common card. Should I send a ticket to the support team?

I don't think so, but they should become storylets before the wicket closes, so even if you can't draw them, you will have a chance.
