Hello all,
Now I am sure many of you will have already been there and done that but I have just found myself able to host a most delicious salon at my handsome townhouse. You may think you also own a handsome townhouse because it says so in your inventory but I assure you my handsome townhouse is far more... um handsomer, yes handsomeful and possibly townier, and my salons are the talkiest of the town!
Or at least they would be if not for the need to bring in suitable entertainment to engage the reprobates, of course I mean honoured guests and orphans if you so chose to go that route.
So I thought perhaps we could perhaps devise a list of those who would be willing to frequent salons and orphanages upon request. My particular conundrum was my Salon was thinking it could do with an author - where I, yes I the most illustrious author of our age, or perhaps I should add the word potentially in there somewhere appropriate - was not considered. I would need to find another author of dubious origin and purpose - for shame! Ignominy!
Anyway, enough of your whining. I thought it might perhaps be useful for us to collate a list of those professionals who might entertain and delight both young and old for both salons and orphanages in one place. I know! Crazy right?
So, the idea is I'll build up a list as you add your names to it. If someone has done this before me then all I can say is it cant be as good as mine (sniff) but also it should be a sticky (hint mods).

The Scarlet Saint Prof. Eva May Canning is an Author who'd be pleased to attend your Salon - if you're lucky, she'll bring her witchy wife along. If you're unlucky, she'll bring her daughter, and your guests will leave with lighter pockets than they arrived.

... Nice try, but your Mr. Pages act isn't convuasive enough.
... *ahem* Anywho, I am a Correspondent, so I'll attend salon parties. Not orphanages though. The kids there get... touchy-feely with my fur.
