Rare library success in Feducci's Marriage?

In the new story there's an "odds are strongly against you" luck check on the palace library card. I've spent dozens of AP flipping cards and playing the library numerous times but haven't encountered the rare result yet, if it even exists. Has anyone had more success than me?

When I played that storylet, the result text did not give the "You were unfortunate" message like it normally does when you fail a luck challenge. I take this to mean that the luck challenge was originally planned, but removed in the development process and slipped through QA.
