So... I noticed that asking for Mr Eaten gives one of the item, rather than setting it to one. Who's going to be exceptionally foolish and get seven of them?

To clarify, it just sets each stat to 8, it doesn't transport you to any menace areas. I was able to avoid those wasted actions entirely by using gear and social actions to lower my menaces below 8.

What I want to know is what happened to me, given I already had my organs removed and replaced with wax. Did Mr Eaten just go steal the organ-golem from the Chapel?

I very much enjoyed the item. Mr. Chimes gives, if only for the almost comical exchange between you, Mr. Pages, and Mr. Irons.

[spoiler]How exactly does having an entire set of internal organs work with Mr Eaten's gift? Assuming they're yours, how would you be able to live without your own set of internal vitals? Is it just chalked up to Seeker magic? Or does the wax mentioned work as a replacement of organs similar to that of the wax body from St Gawain's candle quality?[/spoiler]

Wow, don't be like me and stupidly think paying 12 fate to get a gift might be a fun thing to try. I got a single journal of infamy and a random no-use item worth 50 cents. What an absolute insult that that's on the table of possibilities for 12 fate. Getting 1e of value with nothing else to show for it is a pathetic reward for a real money transaction. I know this game is all about RNG but at least have the decency to give a minimum value when people spend their hard-earned money with you. Leaves an extremely bad impression and feels like there's no respect for the customer when things like this occur.

I'm curious: for those who got Mr Eaten's gift, what happens if you equip it while already at Unaccountably Peckish 10? An 11th level? New depths of hunger to be plumbed, perhaps?

So I'm having a little trouble figuring out the SMEN guide on the wiki. If I just want it at 1 so I can get the home comfort, how can I do it? Does just having &quotunaccountably peckish&quot give it to you or do you need a certain amount of it before you hit 1? Will getting it to one or getting the home comfort hurt your Notability at all? (It's taken me a while to get it to the still fairly meager level I've got it at now :P ).

What would the kind sirs, ma'ams, and other beings suggest I do with this pail I've got. I'm still not sure what to do and I have no SOTC to speak of, is there anything that you would suggest.

$100 is 560 Fate, and each robe is 30 Fate, so that's 18 robes rounding down. Of course, this would take three to four years to pull off, unless you have access to the much less efficient Nadir entrance option.

Do I understand clearly, or do you mean to tell us that, when equipping that jar, you lose 7 levels of each stat and have nightmares, wounds and suspicion up to 8 and/or sends you to that menace area instantly?
