Anyone knows what is up with that?
It is a reference to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invisible_Cities, the names of individual cities from the book, or at least those I tested, give similarly cryptic messages. For example:

Any ideas?

It is nothing special anyway, just an unfinished, broken toy someone has left lying about.
