Time, The Healer hasn't come for 2 weeks?

I logged back onto my account after a couple weeks of absence and my last "Memory fades; pain departs" message was 14 days ago. My alt account (which I also did not log onto for the same amount of time) just got a professional reward yesterday so I'm not sure what's up, if it's just a bug or what.
Currently it's rather annoying because my hand is taken up by 2 SMEN cards that I can't discard, and which I can't progress with since I still have Marsh-Mired in Dreams of Sustenance. Anyone had/having similar issues?

I don't know if this is the case or not, just speculating, but could be the result of having Professional Perks 4 and not having collected the previous weeks professional reward? I know that when I stop being active, I still get weekly emails concerning Time, The Healer, and then they stop after awhile.
