Smoky Flophouse and Revolutionary Favours

Artful Posts: 48 10/16/2017	Recently, I have noticed the "next victim" option on the Smoky Flophouse card no longer mentions Revolutionary Favours. Previously if you did not get one it would say that the quality is unchanged. It still says this for Criminal Favours.
