Minor Annoyances

I've only played for about an hour now but I had 2 minor annoyances. I'm not sure if these were covered before but I didn't see them in a thread so I'm probably fine.... probably.
1. Engine noises continue to play while in a storylet. This was also in Sunless Seas, however seas didn't have a hissing noise due to turning. The hissing noise playing while I'm reading a bunch of text is annoying.
2. I can't see my weapon's cool downs, nor does it tell me so I can't even count them myself.

Well somebody has to stop the revolutionaries from overthrowing the bazaar.
I will gladly be involved in any social actions.
