I purchased a second Jerusalem cannon. The shop interface showed the little circled "2", as expected. In the locomotive equipment interface, the second Jerusalem did not appear in the hold's contents and thus could not be equipped. It was as if I was only carrying one Jerusalem, when I was in fact carrying two.
