Lore is still working on the PP grind. London's Blood is done and she's working on London's Nerves currently!
Though, did they fix the Flesh Lay deck refill trick where you'd go in with 2 scandal+dubious stockings and get kicked out immediately? I was using that to grind

They did? You need 2 (your own) + 3 (equipment) Scandal, and this worked as of a few hours ago
