And by 'one', I mean an entire settlement. Interesting bug, accidentally retaining the story and shop tabs of an island as you steam across the stars. I can now visit Hybras and the two related shops no matter where I am or what I'm doing - meaning I can buy fuel and supplies anywhere, too.
Anyone else run into this one? It's happened to me twice now, but I don't know what triggers it.

Now that's an interesting one. I ran into Titania in two different places, but I didn't take it with me.

Both of there are known issues for which we'll get fixes out ASAP.
MightyPirate I don't suppose you went out of the Reach and re-entered on the playthrough where you say two Titania's did you?
