So why does the chantey go "girls of mr Veils" when they're clearly girls of mr Wines, anyway? One cannot help but think this mis-attribution of girls is deliberate.

#1: Theif's Cache expeditions, using Docks favors to supply supplies.
#2: Crime or Punishment, but ONLY if you can make use of the suspicion decrease (and notably the decrease still depends on total favors so it's best to turn in at 7).
#3: Beating up Ministers on the Implausible Penance card.

I went to the Chapel of Lights. I did every option. I was kicked immediately to my lodgings (which was weird, no even forced to zail back) and . . . no candle. What did I do wrong and how do I get the candle? :-S

Nope.
I even went into the Seeking section in my Lodgings; the Fortigan's hint is still there, as well as telling me that I unlocked it by having no candle. I'm wondering if I needed to repeat certain actions or build up a certain quality to a certain number or something?
