Can't Call off Chess Match Messages in this topic - RSS

I am now stuck in a Chess match with another player who has not made any moves in days.

I could have called it off, but the option to do so in the Lodgings is greyed out. Apparently, if it is not my turn to make a move, I cannot call it off.

This would not be a problem if I could accept offers for matches from other player characters, but getting into one locks me out from getting into other matches.

Please address this.

Support isn't going to be checking the forums on the off chance of a player complaint. If you want someone to open a support ticket for you, use the support email.

This is not a bug issue. This is a design issue.

Then the message should be addressed to the feedback email.

I just had this issue myself. I'm going to contact support as well, but I also think this is a design flaw that needs to be addressed.
