I'm playing through the jack story, and I've run into a bit of a bump? I can't find any way to raise the quality "The Jack-of-Smiles Case" past eight. What am I missing here?

How did you get it to 8 in the first place, i.e. what's the most recent thing you did which affected the quality?

I honestly don't remember, I just came back to this case after doing a lot of other things and I'm at a loss. I do know that I took to option to become Jack-of-Smiles though, so that might've been it?

If you became Jack-of-Smiles then you may be waiting to get Opp Cards to raise the quality. If not, head back to Ladybones Road and talk to the Inspector.
