My alt has the quality at 25. The description is "A Hallowmas Reveller of Old--A Keeper of Stories." My main has the quality at 42, and the description is the same: "A Hallowmas Reveller of Old--A Keeper of Stories". I'd bet that "A Keeper of Stories" applies to all characters who have the quality at between 25 and 50, but without more data we cannot yet be sure.

Definitely a bug. My "Spirit of Hallowmas" was well over 500.
My "The Unexpurgated Gazette: Hallowmas Edition of 1893" quality only shows " - ", apparently it has no level?

Possibly a bug, but this isn't about The Spirit of Hallowmas, but about the Trust quality (which used to show all the people who had kept your confessions from past years).
