If we have a thread already established for this purpose, my eyes skipped right over it like a stone on a pond. And so! A thread is born! For it is so very much nicer to argue with people you know would enjoy it, and the Jovial Contrarian is booked up these days.
In short, here you can advertise and/or hunt for people to engage in today's new social action, Organising a Political Debate.
I am a Dauntless Temperance Campaigner supporter, available for debates against Feducci or Implacable Detective Supporters, and always pleased to make new acquaintances.

The night grows late, but still room exists for some last minute skulduggery. Lavaeolus, Campaigner for the Campaigner, seeks debates with those supporting the Implacable Detective - to throw in their favour. Include a message with what argument you'll pick, and I'll deliberately choose the weaker one, all the while boosting your winnings. May the Feducci tide yet be turned.
I'll be up for the next hour or so, but after that I'll be here mostly from 12pm GMT+1 onwards. I have a few darkdrop coffees spare in case of action shortages on my part. I'll be happy to respond to anyone who invites me before then, but can't guarantee speed.
