I would be more than happy to donate. Though I am not a campaigner, I am a fixer, I have been able to offer donations so far.

Maxwell is an Agitator and he's been able to give donations, but not ask for them. Seems only Campaigners can ask for donations, but there's no limit on -who- they can ask.
