Hello so, as the title indicates, I have a question regarding the Voluminous Library. I grinded the necessary Legal Documents in Wilmot's End yet the RNG wasn't in my favor and I didn't get the Library, so as such I am left wondering if I lost the Voluminous Library forever or will the chance to acquire it again present itself?

The card will come around again.

Alternatively, wait until you are doing scientific voyages, that has a more reliable way to construct your own library.

If you care at all about stacking your deck, don't get a library.

If you don't care about that and just want a cool library, go for it of course.

It took me three or four tries to get the Library and I think it gives you a pretty decent card.

Thank you all for the answers, like xKiv said, I ran into the card that allows you to get the library once more (and promptly failed again). So thank you all for the answers you've given me, I appreciate the help.

It's pretty sucky. For the first option, "failing" the luck challenge is actually a better result (145 pence vs 150, and cryptic clues are more useful to boot) but still worse than affair of the box. As for the second option, there are better nightmare cures and it gives UP on failure which is awful if you're not already seeking.

Still, cool library. It's an RP and/or collector's item.

The game isn’t just about grinding, you know. It’s a pretty decent source of items, a boost to Watchful that doesn’t take up a main equipment slot, and just pretty neat. Besides, Unaccountably Peckish is easily removed in the Labyrinth of Tigers with an action that also gives you 3 Incendiary Gossip, all for just 50 Jade Fragments.
