Yes there is one. You need 40 renown Tomb colonies and 7 favours to get it.

I started playing this January, so I don't know a lot about the election process in FL. Is there a thread about the game-mechanics behind the past mayoral election? Some advices about items or qualities needed?
I understand that this year is gonna be different, but understanding the past year process may be of help

(spoilers for Involved in the Soul Trade just in case)
[spoiler]I haven't gotten the Soulless Messenger card from the Soul Trade storyline for a week or so; is that just the RNG not rolling the card, or is the card being refurbished or something because of the recent changes?[/spoiler]

That's the Shepherd card, right? As with all matters of card draw, chances are you're just getting unlucky. (That or there's a further unlock condition for it I'm not aware of.)

I have it right now, so it's definitely still out there. I'm dying to play it and see what reward, if any, I get re: the Constables. Favours probably, but how many?

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but:
How do I get to Winking Isle?
I have all the requirements, even ditched all the items I'm supposed to ditch, but - after zailing an appropriate time - there was no option for Winking Isle in my list of destinations. The only thing I can think of is that I gained one compromising document while zailing, but would that be enough to hide the Winking Isle from sight? I'm back in London now, but it'd be useful to know how to proceed :-S

I have a question about the Empress's Shadow story. Keeping spoilers maximally vague, I found echoes of all the endings in old threads, except the one involving Mr. Wines. Does anyone know of an echo with that result, or could I be PM'd the info? I can imagine it's not the first thing must people would go with, so I'm not surprised I can't find it, but I'm on the final choice myself and I'd like to know all of my options.

I still seem to have problems with the new Renown/Favours system... My Connected: Hell, Connected: Contables and Connected: The Great Game are not transfered into Renown, but I did get some Favours.
May I ask when will this problem be solved? Thanks a lot!
