Getting Compliations of Case Notes

I'm trying to make a Classic Short Story and am considering getting case notes instead of trade secrets to fund it. I have a bunch from the last election but not enough.
Is there a repeatable way of doing cases? I have the Starving Poet case available but it looks like it'll lock after I finish it, and I don't see any other available cases.
