Blergh Blerghson would so love to teach more people some of the darker secrets of the Neath. All she asks is that you be Watchful enough to learn(30) and that you not already know what she has to share.
Edit: This betrayal will start you on the path of Seeking Mr. Eaten's Name; a story which, depending on how you play it, can be very frustrating. The only real reward for all this is lore.

(It's probably in bad taste to SMEN betray people without them really knowing what's going on, which might happen because your post is kind of cryptic)

@pumkinhead Fair enough! I'll add more info.
@severedjoke I think all it does is give you 1 SMEN and maybe some menace. The early steps are gentle and you can opt out whenever.

If you've encountered SMEN before and given up the search, you'll have Freed From the Name, which makes you ineligible. You may want to check for that.
