I have managed to get one of them, and I intend to use it someday.... Tho, I have to ask, what exactly is INSIDE the container, and what makes it so useful for approaching the Iron Republic somewhat more safely? Why do I even need it?

Nobody who's opened it has ever made it out of the Iron Republic, so who knows? (Note: not canon, but entirely probable)
