You can do it multiple times, although it may take a while. Your Watchful will be set to 200 plus your Notability, and your Notability will be set to 0. So it depends on how much Notability you're willing to spend! Is there a particular goal you're trying to achieve?
Thank you! Election season aside, I don't care much about my levels of Notability. I want to eventually reach Scholar of the Correspondence 21, and mostly I was afraid that if this option was a one time thing I might use it too soon and make that goal impossible, or much harder than it has to be. I'm glad that's not a risk.
