Of course I mean this. I'm trying to change some unknown values, but it makes it impossible for me. I click 'Edit' and then try everything, but it will only let me change NAMES of storylets options.
To clarify - I'm currently trying to update First Corpsecage Island Storylet and add the value of Nightmares increase in case of failure under 'Digging up bones and rough justice'. But all I can do is change location, description and names of options - 'Digging up...' and 'The Corpsecage Bat'. I'm unable to figure out how, for Neath's sake, do I change information appearing after clicking 'Expand' under one of those options. Please help, as it's simply driving me mad.

First of all, thank you for trying to help improve and update the wiki.
As to your specific question, the page you linked to is a page for the relevant storylet. This storylet has two actions, each with its own page:
What you want to do is go to the relevant Action's page and make the proper edits.
The ability to expand the Actions on the Storylet's page is a nice addition to help quickly see the results of your choice, but the Action's page itself obviously contains a lot more info than is shown in the stotylet page (i.e. all the text, some pre-conditions, etc.).

Now I understand. Thank you kindly, I've been furiously clicking all around the page, but simply haven't thought of going directly to actions page.
Good to know how to update it, I'll keep an eye on missing pieces of information
