Strange time the healer outcome

Hi,
So I just got my weekly time the healer and weird stuff happened.
Notability has not changed from 8 because it's lower than 30.
Your 'Making Waves' Quality is now 18!
First of all, I'm 99% sure I had 29 MW not 30. Second of all, even assuming I had 30 MW, how did that lower to 18? I was expecting 14 MW, at most should have been 15.

For some reason it isn't mentioned in the TtH message but if you had masquing left from the Feast that would have been changed to MW.

I don't think Masquing changes into MW. At least one of my alts still has leftover Masquing. But it seems that if you do have Masquing left over the MW formula is different than usual

FBG did announce that Masquing would convert into Making Waves after the Feast. But you're right, Rui; I still have my end-of-Feast Masquing also.
