There are different factors to consider. So for me:
- Best quality of all 3 stories together: Season of Skies
- Best bonus-story at the end: Season of Wrecks
Both of these seasons were much more coherent than the previous ones (i.e. felt like 3 chapters of one complete story).

I really liked The Frequently Deceased and The Pentecost Predicament, but the Seven Day Reigns dragged them down. The bonus story is neat, but they don't really tie to the seasonal theme.
Heart's Blood has a strong common thread about the Thief-of-Face, but the bonus story was too unrelated and overhyped. Flint's ominous message of "keep this bottle of Stone essence very safe because you can do something great with it!" turning out to be "eat it with some bloodstained rag" does not help, even if Miriam's a good dining companion.
