Naming your Orphanage

The game froze after the page setting up the orphanage; the text had promised the option to name it and stated there was a way to do it later (which I knew about in the Bazaar side streets).
I then refreshed and got a page of three options, all Fate. Is this correct? Or did the freeze swallow a non-fate option?

This is correct. I believe the only things you can name without fate are companions and newspapers.

There's a bug (feature?) where the option to rename your newspaper allows you to rename any of your affiliations. I accidentally named my Gang of Hoodlums what I was intending to name my newspaper :P
