Too late for the tattoo?

I just remembered to finish my business with the Clathermonts and get my tattoo, but after talking to Millicent about love and going to the Forgotten Quarter right away, I found option for the tattoo in the Forgotten Quarter missing. Did I just barely miss it? That would be awfully disappointing.

I'm really sorry, but yes - Millicent's Parlour closed, along with all other Feast storylets, 3 or so hours ago. Condolences!

Ah, I had expected as much. 3 hours ago, though? I suppose that means that the storylets leading up to unlocking it stick around for longer than the Parlour itself does. Still, I can't be too sore; it's just one point.
