Revolutionary connection echo grind?

I was just thinking, there is an opportunity card in the flit that lets you trade 120 cp of connection with the revolutionaries to gain 720 proscribed material. You can grind revolutionary connections in the forgotten quarter for 15 cp an action. After 8 actions gaining connections and one action using the opp card in the flit, you gain .04 x 720 = 28.8 echoes for 9 actions. This would give you an EPA of 3.2. It requires an opportunity card, but doesn't the collection of curiosities also require a card? Am I missing something or is this an excellent grind? edited by Hunter Grey on 2/21/2017
