Eve and Dawn both have Entwined in the Intrigues of the Clathermont Family at 10, which means I need to find Lilac. I've been flipping cards for yonks now with no luck on either of them. Am I missing something? Do I need to be in a certain location? Should I sacrifice an Overgoat while walking backwards and chanting "Ave Maria" under my breath to remove the RNG curse? (More seriously, is there something I am actually missing or does the RNG just hate me.)

I've been keeping her in my hand since near the start of the feast due to her high frequency :P Perhaps if I discard her she'll go to someone who actually needs her.
