How do you marry?

Ruby-Skylark Posts: 6 2/15/2017	Is there a step by step guide for how to marry anywhere? I can't seem to get it to work for me, it keeps telling me the member I want to marry doesn't qualify? I've tried navigating the wiki but I am having trouble understanding what is needed?
